The recent emergence of a new wave of jazz has not bypassed Poland - EABS, a Wroclaw's own formation, is a Polish answer to the up-and-coming revival of jazz. By incorporating new ideas, sounds and drawing inspiration from the world of hip-hop , EABS manages to continue the great Polish tradition of jazz while offering a refreshingly modern approach to the genre.

Their debut album Repettions (Letters to Krzysztof Komeda) is entirely dedicated to the legendary compositions of Krzysztof Komeda. It is an analysis of his musical legacy of 1962-1976 presenting his lesser-known compositions. Critically acclaimed, Repetitions have been gaining extremely positive reviews and awards including Gazeta Wyborcza's WARTO or Radio Wroclaw Kultura's EMOCJE, among others.
