What happens to a play when it is translated into another language? How can theatre communicate across linguistic and cultural difference? Join theatre scholar Margherita Laera, director Arne Pohlmeier, and performers Kudzi Hudson and Tonderai Munyebvu, to discuss these questions, and to watch performed extracts from Gliwice Hamlet, a reimagining of Hamlet by Polish-German dramatist Piotr Peter Lachmann.
Event is part of the V&A Performance Festival.
