As part of the Chopin 2010 celebrations, Polish Society at Imperial College London in cooperation with the Polish Cultural Institute present a concert devoted to Chopin's piano poetry, as well as other great polish classical music composers performed by students. Born and raised in Poland, Chopin was one of the most distinguished virtuoso pianists and a great composer. Considering his significance to the polish history and European culture of the romantic era, this year is an opportunity like no other to bring the British public closer to the works of this great master.
