Fun Kids and the Polish Cultural Institute, present a family discovery walk featuring sights and memorable places linked to Polish presence and cultural heritage in London. The walks will be hosted by a popular Fun Kids presenter Bex on 28th and 29th May, during the half term break.
Through some fun story-telling, singing and drama activities, traditional Polish outdoor games, quizzes, multimedia presentations we will show what childhood in Little Poland after WW II was all about. Some traditional Polish goodies are involved too!
We will start off at the Peter Pan statue in Hyde Park at 11 a.m., stop by the Royal Albert Hall, then step into “Little Poland” to learn about places linked to the presence of Polish community around London. We are also in for a special treat a the famous Ognisko Polskie (Polish Hearth Club) and an especially tailored tour around the Sikorski Museum where our Little Polish Walk will finish around 1.00 p.m.
