This November join us for Joseph Conrad on Film Season to celebrate Conrad Year 2017 with three screenings of films based on or inspired by Joseph Conrad and his books.

The Polish Parliament vowed a year 2017 the Conrad Year to commemorate the Heart of Darkness’ author’s 160th birthday on December 3rd. Józef Teodor Konrad Korzeniowski A.K.A. Joseph Conrad was born in 1857 to the Polish parents and became the most known Polish-British writer of all times.

Regent Street Cinema and Polish Cultural Institute in London carefully chose the titles which include Apocalypse Now, The Duellist, and Outcast of the Islands. The film season will close the all-year-round commemorations, following Conrad inspired bike tours and a publication of a book entitiled Conradology among others.
