19 of March, the 18th edition of Kinoteka Polish Film Festival returns to London and we need YOUR help to make it happen! With film screenings, exhibitions, VR experience and workshops the festival brings an exhilarating choice of new Polish films as well as old gems ripe for rediscovery. This year we’re working with top London venues like Regent street Cinema, ICA and BFI.
This is a great opportunity for anyone who wants to gain hands-on experience in events management and planning, marketing and public relations, project management or culture management.
The scope of skills you may have a chance acquire at the Institute include:
¯ Project management - supporting relationships with key partners and assisting in organising Kinoteka events.
¯ PR and Marketing - supporting social media management, website management and distribution of promotional materials of the Kinoteka Film Festival
¯ Events Management - support in planning and co-ordinating Kinoteka, as well as hands-on experience in managing particular events like Opening Gala or VR pop-up.
Please note there may be additional tasks not related to the Kinoteka Film Festival that you can be ask to undertake. You can also continue your internship after the festival to support other PCI initiatives and gain more broad experience.
The internships last a minimum of one month and are unpaid (we do not refund travel costs). The minimum presence is 18 hours a week, but we can be flexible.
